Writing about “Mobile addiction”
Introduction:
I’m going to talk
about addictions, specially: Mobile addictions. Most of people have mobile. No
matter if newer or older. Having a mobile is a good and a bad thing, for example:
if we have a friend who lives in China or America, we won’t send a postcard,
not now, what we do is to send a message (by Facebook, WhatsApp, or others…)
witch is instantly and free. Technology is a good thing, ‘till we use it too
much, then, it becomes a problem.
So what’s an addiction or, when is someone
addicted to something?
There are many types
of addictions. Drugs, alcohols, food, videogames, Tabaco…Those are very commons,
but there’s another kind of: Mobiles.
From normally the
age of 13 and higher, especially the adolescents, the addiction to the mobile
is higher. So, be addicted to, is synonym of depend to.
Consequences of being addicted to mobile:
When your
addiction is a little bit high, what happens is that without mobile you can’t
live. If battery dies, you get mad and angry, when you’re with friends, you
don’t interact with them, you are just interested in receiving a message, and,
in extremely cases, people can talk by messages being in front of each other.
So a bad use of
the mobile can make us unfriendly, less intelligent, and more stupid. The
problem of mobiles is getting more and more important, even more, mobiles
possess lots of people.
But why do we get addicted to
something?
The answer of this question is very simple. When you’re addicted to something, your body needs a substance to work normally (in the case of drugs), and, the more time passes, the more we need this. If we look at the mobiles, the thing that makes us being connected is the necessity of know of others, what are they doing…
